I am so often asked how we differ from the online offering.
My response is such that for tech savvy individuals the online option is attractive. Cost is a huge factor for many people however more often than not we see people who have paid and are having to pay again for a ‘true’ high street agent. The incentive for the online agent is building stock and their brand presence, their fees are paid up front so you question where is their motivation following taking your money to sell for you?
