What Makes a Good Estate Agent

With a positive and productive start to the year I found myself looking at what makes a good Estate Agent.

Why are we successful and how can we build on that success? I came to the conclusion that Estate Agency is a little like the World Cup, in the words of Pele: ‘The World Cup is a very important way to measure the good players, and the great ones. It is a test of a great player.’

The property market can certainly be testing, but currently, demand for property is strong with a wealth of buyers actively looking. Stock has been building gradually and if the prices are realistic property is selling.

With 9 sales in 5 days here at Kidderminster office we do feel that stock levels are key.
