2014 has been another record breaking year for property. The market has been strong, demand for property for sale and to let remains high. The government’s announcement on Stamp Duty will I believe sustain the market into 2015.

The General Election looms and in previous years this can distort the market, I would therefore urge anyone thinking of moving to do so early, don’t wait until Spring, we have the demand now and confidence is still high.
