A good solid cattle trade with a general shortage of beef. More cattle are needed each week to satisfy buyers’ requirements. Cattle topped at 228.00ppk. Steers averaged 198.00ppk and heifers averaged 193.00ppk. A few bulls on offer averaged 180.00ppk to include several dairy types. Please make sure your cattle are fleshed as they are the type conducting a premium.
