Architectural Services

In support of the planning and surveying departments' traditional services, we are able to offer a full range of architectural services within our department. We are able to provide drawings from indicative designs, to working drawings. Our technical knowledge and expertise within the construction and planning industry will assist you in delivering a most desirable project as economically as possible.

By using the in house expertise we are able to advise you throughout the whole project and guide you through any scheme from initial instruction onwards. We are able to assist with a range of services including:

• Full building measured surveys
• Measured land surveys and level surveys
• Projects from new buildings, extensions and conversions
• Work to Listed Buildings and within Conservation Areas
• Full planning and working drawings for all types of residential and commercial projects

As well as Planning Permission, Building Regulations Approval is required for construction projects before they commence. During construction, regular inspections are made by the Building Control Officer to ensure compliance with Building Regulation Legislation

We have a wealth of experience in preparing plans and specifications, Our Chartered Building Surveyors attend many seminars to ensure that they have full knowledge with the constantly changing requirements detailed in the profession.
