The land is situated some 21/2 miles north of Knighton and lies adjacent to the A488 Clun main road. A gateway from this highway leads directly onto the property. Such entrance lies at map reference SO 288 749. The property can also be accessed via the bridleway that runs from Five Turnings across the top of Stowe Hill.

From Knighton proceed north on A488 towards Clun. The property will be found on the right hand side of the main road after 21/2 miles.
