Accessed from the rear an entrance door opens to the Living/Dining Area, a versatile space with open fireplace (not in use) and leaded windows to the front and rear. On the other side of the lane opposite Lower House a track leads up to the larger area of land, approximately 3.2 acres, laid to grass and used for grazing. There is a timber stable block with three loose boxes and a tack room. A poly tunnel provides shelter.
