A successful Month for the Welshpool and Newtown Office

The Welshpool and Newtown office have had a very successful month throughout August collectively selling approximately £7.5million worth of property. The Newtown office alone has sold 19 properties in the Newtown and Knighton area.

There is currently a lack of stock on the market, putting sellers in a very good position and meaning that property is selling very well. If the property is priced realistically, we have found that they often get the interest and sell quite quickly. It has not been uncommon recently for properties to sell within a few weeks.

All different types of property are getting interest with property sales this month ranging from development properties sold through the modern method of auction to larger properties marketed under our Fine & Country brand and everything in between.
