The Stourport Office of Phipps & Pritchard with McCartneys are delighted to have been favoured with instructions from family run NHBC firm EVT Construction Ltd to offer for sale a select development known as 'Cornerways' which consists of FOUR brand new individual semi-detached bungalows priced between £169,950 & £209,950.

 

The sales are being handled by partner and new homes specialist Nick Millinchip who comments as follows: "We only commenced marketing in August and even then this was only on a very low key basis given that the properties are still in the course of construction so therefore it is very encouraging to have two of the bungalows sold (stc) so quickly. If this is anything to go by then the two other units will surely follow suit as the development keeps on getting better day by day"
