A much better than expected entry but by far too many lean hoggets. Meat is key to a successful trade. Plenty of pens sold over 230p/kg topping at 251p/kg. the medium weights averaged 238p/kg which would be less compared to last week. The smalls still a good trade, averaging 214p/kg and big hoggets still sold over 227.5p/kg. We still need more hoggets to keep our 7 strong buyers support.
