An extremely encouraging entry was sold on a flying trade with heavy weights selling at a premium. We thank all vendors for the quality of lambs on offer and for their support. We saw lambs over £100 with heavy weights averaging £91.30/head with the best lambs over 200ppk. Trade was difficult for smalls and those lambs 38-40kg however prices were still much better than reports from other centres. The actual average for all the lambs, including over weights and smalls was 183.4ppk and many more could have been sold to advantage.
