Final Countdown to Reveal the Best Real Estate Agent/Agency in the UK as well as in the World

In its quest to discover the best real estate professionals in the world, the International Property Awards in London invited agents and agencies to present their full range of services. The judging committee chaired by two members of the House of Lords scrutinised hundreds of entries and McCartneys with Phipps & Pritchard was a top scoring entrant for Best Real Estate Agent UK.

Having already competed throughout the regional stages of the International Property Awards 2015-2016, representatives from up to three highest scoring nominees per category from each region will gather at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square Hotel in Mayfair on Monday, December 7th. There, in the presence of Lord Best, joint chairman of the judging panel, the region’s overall winners will be announced before the ultimate World’s Best international winners are revealed. 

The International Property Awards is in its 22nd year and the largest, richest and most prestigious property competition in the world. This year in excess of 2,000 companies from over 100 different countries took part, making the total financial value of the competing projects astronomical. Indeed, their total worth is estimated at approximately £20 billion. 

Covering 48 different residential and commercial categories, regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. These have been celebrated at gala presentation events in Kuala Lumpur, Barbados, Dubai and London during the course of the year. Up to three of the highest scoring entries from each category in every region are then re-evaluated to establish the winners at both regional and international level, culminating in an annual grand final. 

Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering every aspect of the property business. The judges not only look for the most impressive and innovative real estate companies, they also examine their services, background and marketing strategies.
