Full Planning Permission Successfully Obtained for Two New Agricultural Buildings on a Farm near to Llandrindod Wells

McCartneys LLP Planning and Survey department have obtained full planning approval for two new agricultural buildings on a farm near to Llandrindod Wells.

The proposal provides covers for an existing cattle yard and slurry pit and help prevent run off from both of these areas into nearby watercourses. The buildings whilst basic in structure provide essential cover to these areas under ever tightening regulations and therefore key to the farming enterprise.

The proposal received positive appraisal from the council during the submission. During the application due to a change in guidance, we included additional biodiversity improvements as set out with the Powys SPG.

The site benefited of use of our 3D architectural design software, enabling both the client and the planning department to clearly see the proposal and help to understand the layout.
