Get Involved - 24 Hours in Farming #Farm24

From 5am on Thursday August 9th, farmers across Britain are being encouraged to take to social media to showcase the work they do within 24 hours using hashtag #Farm24. The social media campaign aims to provide an insight to consumers of the hard work and dedication which goes on behind the scenes in producing consumers food before it reaches the supermarket shelves. The event, which runs from 5am Thursday 9th August to 5am Friday 10th August, aims to reach over 112 million people and promote British agriculture.

#Farm24 offers the opportunity to inform and educate consumers what really goes on behind the scenes. From weighing lambs, to hauling bales, or even attending a farming meeting, take a photo and post to social media using hashtag #Farm24 to showcase British agriculture.
