It’s Good to Talk

Those of us of a certain age will remember the advert with the late, great, Bob Hoskins, telling us just that. Well it is, and especially if you’re looking for a property.

We recently had a lovely couple call into one of our local offices, desperately looking for a house to rent. Unfortunately there was nothing available at that time, but as we always recommend, they left us their details.

That afternoon a client that we’d been working with for some time mentioned in passing that they may be looking to rent out their property, but were cautious when it came to finding tenants. A quick telephone call ensued and having accompanied a viewing of the house the next day, both new landlord and tenants are very happy.

Of course the same goes for sales, we work very hard to find you ‘the one’ and from time to time it may be a chance conversation, but we have to take the ‘chance’ out of it for you. When asking if we may take further information we quite often hear, “I don’t want to leave my details, I’ll keep checking your website.” Of course we love you browsing through the vast array of properties and you’re welcome as often as you wish, but there’s a much easier way.

As soon as a property becomes available, we carry out a match before uploading the particulars onto all of our internet portals. Everyone that has registered their requirements with us will then receive an e mail - straight away, alerting them that we may have found their next home/investment. Honing your criteria means that you won’t get sent a flat in Kidderminster if you’re looking for a Cottage in Brecon. We focus on your desired area, price range, size of property, do you need parking?..... I could go on. We can do all the hard work for you. Your details remain completely secure with us and at any time you can ask for your details to be archived/removed – you choose. We don’t like to see you go, but with a fond farewell, we wish you happiness in your new home.
