McCartneys of Kington report a good entry of 1941 sheep on Thursday last the 10th May.
This sheep trade remains firm in all sections which is good to see. The buyers continue to require good meated sheep for their orders and the leaner sorts are more difficult to sell.

Spring lamb numbers are slower coming forward this year due to the bad spring weather which is helping to hold up the late hogget trade.
