At last we get over the £100 mark for Hoggets with a superb trade right through. Most Tegs were over £90 with a fantastic trade on the 41 to 44kg Hoggets. Bigger Hoggets also a better trade. Toothers around the £80 mark. Please check teeth before market so they can be penned separately.
A flying ewe trade again this week despite the adverse weather. Hill ewes wouldn’t take much to reach in excess of £50 with a noticeably competitive trade on these sorts. All breeds/types a good trade with larger entries required.
