McCartneys Knighton Office have been favoured with instructions to offer for sale by Informal Tender 32.34 acres of prime level pasture land known as Upper House Lands, Walterstone, Herefordshire.

The land is currently in five enclosures of excellent pasture land, much of which has been reseeded or over seeded in recent years. The land has the benefit of both a natural and a mains water supply and has a wide access entrance and livestock handling/penning facilities.
