McCartneys evolve Estate Agency Services

In a competitive estate agency industry we must evolve to accommodate buyers and seller’s needs, that’s why we, at McCartneys, have developed two new services which will enhance our existing outstanding agency package.

 

All too often we find that some sellers are reluctant to fully expose their property to the market although would be happy to sell if the right buyer was looking.  Our new Discreet Marketing Package serves just that purpose.  We can now list your property on our website and promote it to millions without displaying a photograph or indeed the address, but enough information to wet a potential buyers appetite to enquire for more information if they feel it might be the right property.  Developed for all property types this approach might just suit you until such time that you are in a position to market your property openly.

Our Wanted Property list is just a snapshot of some good quality buyers who are keen to find the right property.  Over the years we have been very successful at matching buyers to sellers and the ‘Wanted Property’ section  just serves to enhance this service.  Keep an eye on the list to see if there is anyone looking for your house.
