McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained householder planning approval (part retrospective) for the erection of a detached garage. The garage provides two car parking spaces, together with a store room and a WC. The application was part retrospective as the applicant had begun construction without prior consent, however this caused no issues due to the proposed end building.
The application went straight through the planning process with no hold ups within the planning process. It is never recommended to start works without consent, but we are able to assist our clients and overcome these matters and provide a satisfactory conclusion.The application was undertaken and submitted to the council by Geraint Jones working from the Newtown Office of McCartneys.
