See your property on film!

At Ludlow Office we have trialled a new concept in property marketing. We are now able to offer films of properties with a link to our website and facebook so people can get a real feel of the surroundings and the house itself. As so many people start their search online we wanted to offer more than just photographs or stills cut together. I know when I bought my house, I had almost made the decision when I opened the garden gate and saw the views. I wanted to try and give people this experience online and I think we have cracked it!

Our first film commissioned was of the beautiful Bouldon Mill which we are marketing at a Guide Price of £599,950. A Grade II Listed converted Mill in an idyllic location. Nestled in this wonderful valley, surrounded by spectacular countryside and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this fabulous three storey house celebrates a combination of an intriguing history with life as a comfortable family home. Bouldon Mill is a former corn mill, one in which its original workings have been inspirationally incorporated into the body of the house.
