Site Granted Full Planning Permission for Residential Development

McCartneys LLP planning and survey department have obtained full planning approval for the erection of 5 dwellings which includes 1 affordable dwelling.

The scheme was submitted to Powys County Council prior to the change of planning policy from the current UDP to the new LDP. The scheme is one of few to go straight through from submission through to approval with no amendments required and decided under delegated powers. The local parish and the local council were keen to support the application with the requirement for additional houses in the small village of Llanbister, with the affordable house also providing an affordable property to the local community.
