The land changed hands in April and is found within the village of Shrawley between Stourport & Worcester. The sale was handled by Partner, Nick Millinchip who commented as follows: “Given that the average price for land of this type would typically be more like £7,000 to £10,000 per acre then this was a truly quite exceptional sale. We had intended to try and sell the land under the hammer but at this price our vendor client found the offer impossible to resist and who can blame him! Whether or not it would have made even more by auction we will never know but a very memorable sale nonetheless. What is for certain is that our wide scale marketing undoubtedly delivered the highly competitive interest which in turn was directly responsible for such a great final outcome.”
