We Will Remember Them

On Sunday 11th November the nation will come together to remember all those who fought in the First World War. Here at our Ludlow office we wanted to show our respect and thanks and to have the opportunity to reflect and acknowledge the huge sacrifice made by so many on all our behalf.

We have filled our windows with images of poppies and words from famous war poems. Until this morning we were unaware there was a window dressing competition for the remembrance and even though we had not entered the judges have very kindly included us and awarded us a highly commended for our efforts which we are thrilled about.

Since we have put up the displays what strikes me most is how many people I have seen stopping to read each quote and I hope allowing them their own personal time for reflection.
