When you see the Fat Cattle trade here on a Wednesday it is no wonder buyers are prepared to bid so well for Stores! ! Simply a blistering trade from start to finish. In Calf Cows, as part of a herd reduction topped at £1380, combined with their calf price the split pairs from this dispersal averaged £1850 per couple. Store Steers topped at £1220 or 237p/kg and averaged 200p/kg Store Heifers sold to £1140 or 207p/kg and averaged 185p/kg.
