The land comprises some 21.55 acres (or thereabouts) of good pasture land with a small parcel of woodland with two traditional buildings. There is some good level land in the bottom enclosure which regularly finishes the early lambing flock. This runs up to some steeper land which levels out again on the top. The land has excellent access directly off the council maintained by-road which runs from Springhill to Newcastle on Clun into the bottom field SO2581 2570. There is also an access gate into SO2581 2570 off the road at the north end of the parcel of land. There are two buildings located on SO2581 2570 which are useful for storage or other purposes.
