After recently joining McCartneys in January this year, I have found my days to be non stop, interesting, challenging and extremely busy. I’ve settled into working here brilliantly and McCartneys are proving to be a great company to work for.
I work in the Newtown Office along side Bethan Darby and Tom Carter, my manager and partner in charge and both have made me feel very welcome and are always there to help should I need it.
Coming from an estate agency office background, I have never seen the property market this busy, having sold over 25 properties from this office alone since January. The market certainly is booming and with the Easter weekend looming there is even more of a buzz about the office.
From the moment we arrive in the morning, there is plenty to do, from booking in market appraisals and receiving offers to producing sales particulars, speaking to clients and booking in viewings for people to see one of the many lovely properties we currently have listed for sale.
McCartneys are known for our professional approach to the sale and letting of our residential property and for being the leading estate agents, auctioneers and chartered surveyors in The Marches, Mid Wales and West Midlands.
Our Newtown Office also runs our Fine and Country homes from McCartneys brand which gives top end and luxury property access to an international marketing package.
The staff here at McCartneys are extremely hardworking and we are passionate about our work and committed to what we do hence why we have a hugely reputable name and why our clients from past and present come back to us time after time.
The company has also recently undertaken a rebrand, giving a new, fresh look to sale boards and advertising. Despite the hours it took to refresh all our sales particulars, the end result looks great!
After nearly 4 months of working here, I can safely say I thoroughly enjoy it and can’t wait to see what the future brings.
